To make sure your experience is maximized to its fullest potential, please familiarize yourself with our helpful guidelines!

ETIQUETTE-Appointments & Check-In

 Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Effective December 1, 2022  a credit card or gift card will be required to secure all appointments. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment time to use the restroom and complete any necessary paperwork. As a courtesy to the next scheduled guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of the time it begins so please plan accordingly. We recommend that you do not bring jewelry or other valuables during your treatment as we do not assume liability for any missing items. To ensure a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you and that all cell phones be silenced during your visit. We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require a parental release before the services can be rendered. Please note, all same day appointments are FINAL and will be charged 50% cost of service if cancelled.

ETIQUETTE-Cancellations & Rescheduling

NUATAL Massage and Wellness understands that you may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment and emergencies occur and  for those reasons we do honor a cancellation policy. Effective December 1, 2022 if you are unable to make it to your appointment we respectfully request that you notify us via phone call or text (407-801-9524) 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% cost of service charge to the credit card on file (ex. this means if your appointment is 10 a.m. on Tuesday you need to call, text or email at or before 10 a.m. on Monday). All no call no shows will automatically result in a 100% cost of service charge to the card on file. Any clients that have prepaid services (i.e. packages) and fail to provide a 24 hour notice will have 50% of service cost deducted from one prepaid treatment. All no call no shows for any prepaid service will result in the deduction of one full treatment from their existing package. Cancellations for Saturday must be placed 48 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellation however we will always do our best to give advance notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and we ask for the same. Please do not risk your safety to make your appointment, emergency situations will be determined on a case by case basis. We respect and honor your time and thank you in advance.

ETIQUETTE-Health & Safety

We have implemented additional disinfection and sterilization protocols, and have fully trained staff to avoid the spread of COVID-19. To ensure the safety of all, treatment rooms/areas are always and will continue to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We use CDC approved disinfecting solutions and linens are bagged immediately after use and washed in hot water with detergent and bleach. At this point in time, masks are not required by guests or staff, however if you would like your service provider to wear a mask during treatment, we are happy to meet you on your level of comfort. In addition to using hospital grade disinfectants, we have also installed a HEPA grade air filtration in our space to constantly circulate fresh air.

 When booking your appointment, please notify our staff of:

  • known allergies
  • special health care needs/concerns
  • issues
  • if pregnant, advise how many weeks along you are, and with high risk pregnancies please provide a doctor’s written permission
  • if you’d like to request a specific therapist 

You will also be asked to complete a medical intake form prior to service so your therapist can better customize your experience to your needs.

We gladly accept the following forms of payment (processing fees may apply, all sales are final):

We do not honor multiple discounts or coupons for treatments done the same day. We will gladly redeem leftover coupons at your next visit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest. 


ETIQUETTE-Right of Refusal

Any employee of Nuatal Massage and Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in efforts to safeguard our professionalism and establishment. Equally, a client may choose to end any service at any time should they feel dissatisfied or uncomfortable in any way.Clients who are dissatisfied with a therapist/service are inclined to report their dissatisfaction at the time of checkout before the transaction is completed in an attempt to remedy any concerns.


Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all service in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
